You can return to your daily routine immediately after the treatment, so going to work or light outings are completely fine. Light showers are permitted starting from the day of the procedure, but you should avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, Korean jjimjilbangs (steam rooms), and swimming for at least 3 days to a week to prevent inflammation or swelling.

We recommend only light water cleansing on the day of the procedure to allow the tiny injection sites to heal, and you should ideally wait until the following day to apply makeup. If makeup is absolutely necessary, please be careful not to rub or massage the treated areas strongly.

To help ease any anxiety about pain, we provide thorough topical numbing cream (or ice cooling) before the procedure, and most filler products we use contain a built-in local anesthetic (lidocaine). You may feel a slight prickling or stinging sensation, but it is a manageable level that even those sensitive to pain can tolerate comfortably.

While it varies depending on individual skin types and treatment areas, mild swelling typically subsides naturally within 2 to 3 days. Even if bruising occurs, it usually fades away gradually within 1 to 2 weeks and can be easily covered with makeup.

- Botox: Wrinkle treatment results generally appear within 3 to 7 days, while muscle-reduction treatments (such as for the square jaw or calves) show gradual effects starting from 2 to 4 weeks.- Fillers: You can immediately see the volume and changes right after the procedure, and the results settle into a more natural look over 2 to 3 weeks.

Domestic products offer the advantage of reasonable pricing and excellent cost-effectiveness, whereas imported products excel in long-standing clinical data and precise rheological properties (viscosity and elasticity), making them great for natural shaping and longevity. Strongly rubbing or massaging the treated area is strictly prohibited as it can cause the filler to shift or lead to side effects. Similarly, avoid applying excessive pressure or rubbing areas treated with Botox. If any abnormal symptoms occur (such as persistent pain or skin discoloration), please contact the clinic immediately.

Undergoing additional treatments before the product or previous effects have completely worn off can lead to over-correction (such as clumping or an unnatural appearance). Therefore, it is safest to wait **at least 3 months for Botox**, and for fillers, allow enough time for the previous product to absorb or check progress (**usually 6 months to 1 year or more**) before deciding on a re-treatment in consultation with the medical staff.
